Joey and David

Having just signed a deal with Warner Brothers’ new digital production venture, Studio 2.0, the Los Angeles based comedy team needed to generate buzz online. To achieve this, Joey and David sought a more sophisticated design and robust CMS that would allow them to update content frequently and achieve better engagement with their audience.

We created a new brand identity and a user experience centered around a custom video player, photo galleries and community features. These features make it easy for viewers to comment and vote on their favorite videos, sign up for mailing lists and subscribe to the Joey and David blog. Within a week of launch, page views of the new Joey & David site increased by 700%. Average time spent on the site was more than doubled to over 5 minutes per visit. The new site was featured on Gawker, the LA Times and USA Today.
