Frederick John, Client Services Manager
Frederick John has 13 years of customer service and client services management experience. An integral component of NYDesigns’ team since 2004, he is the primary contact and support person for all of NYDesigns’ clients and residents.
He manages resident inquiries and needs, construction and maintenance issues, and course and event logistics. Prior to NYDesigns, he worked as Mail Room Supervisor at Congress Air Dispatch for 10 years, liaising with high-end clients on outgoing mail advertisements and managing client databases. He also worked for several years as manager of a samples department at Milton Paper Company. Frederick also has a lively creative background; he has worked as an event planner, an interior designer, and a bartender.
